Pleases arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime.

No, backstage helpers must stay for the FULL duration of the show.

Yes, when your child is performing, you are allowed to watch your child from the side of the stage. However, please do not leave a class unattended. Find someone to watch the class if there are no other adults assigned to the same students.

You may need to assist with costume, hair, make-up, and shoe changes. Most kids will know that they have another costume to change into, however, you may need to remind them. Each table sign has the dances listed by the students' names. 

You will need to escort the children to the restroom, if necessary.

You will assist in keeping the noise levels at a minimum within your assigned class. Do not allow children to run around the black box.

Children are to remain in the black box unless performing. 

Please help tidy up your area before final bows. Encourage dancers to clean up after themselves and collect all of their items.

We will have coloring books with crayons for the children to keep occupied. They will also be able to view the show live via projection in the black box. 

PLEASE do NOT bring any items that could stain/make messes. (For Example, no markers, paint, glue, glitter, slime.) 

We encourage dancers to bring their own snacks/water.

We will release the children after the show from the stage. Once your class has been dismissed, you are able to leave.
